We're sorry to see you go. If you wish to delete your KikiQuiz account and associated data, please follow the steps below.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an email to our support team with the subject "Account Deletion Request":

What Data Will Be Deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:

Your account information (username, email)
Game progress and scores
Ranking history
Inventory and purchased items
Referral codes

What Data May Be Retained

Anonymized analytics data (not linked to your identity)
Purchase transaction records (required for legal/tax purposes, retained for up to 7 years)

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email once your account has been deleted.

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Any purchased items or premium subscriptions will be lost. Active subscriptions should be cancelled through the App Store or Google Play before requesting deletion.
