1. Acceptance of Terms

By using KikiQuiz, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. Use of the Application

• KikiQuiz is a trivia/quiz game for entertainment purposes
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not use the app for illegal or fraudulent activities

3. User Accounts

• You can play as a guest or create an account
• Your account information must be accurate
• You may not share your account with others
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• All KikiQuiz content (questions, images, design) is property of KikiQuiz
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the content without authorization
• Flag images are in the public domain

5. Rankings and Scores

• Rankings are calculated based on your maximum score
• We reserve the right to remove scores obtained through cheating
• Rankings are for entertainment only and do not grant prizes

6. In-App Purchases

• Purchases are optional and not required to play
• Purchased items are non-transferable and tied to your account
• Refunds are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store) according to their policies
• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value

7. Subscriptions

• KikiQuiz offers optional premium subscriptions (weekly, monthly, yearly)
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• To cancel on iOS: Go to Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions > KikiQuiz > Cancel
• To cancel on Android: Go to Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions > KikiQuiz > Cancel
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

8. Advertising

• The free version of KikiQuiz displays advertisements
• Premium subscribers enjoy an ad-free experience
• We use third-party advertising services (Google AdMob, Meta Audience Network)

9. Limitation of Liability

• KikiQuiz is provided "as is"
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service
• We are not responsible for loss of data or game progress
• We are not responsible for indirect damages arising from use of the app

10. Modifications

We may modify the app or these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of the changes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, with or without cause. If your account is terminated, you will lose access to any purchased items.
